See Which New StratEx Feature Can Help Your Restaurant’s Efficiency

August 23, 2018 By Sherelle Johnson Leave a Comment

As much as we like to believe we can do it all ourselves, the truth is that we oftentimes need a little help in order to perform at our best.

Luckily, as a restaurateur, partnering with an HR and solutions oriented platform like StratEx can help you feel like you can do it all and do it efficiently.

Back in May, StratEx tweaked their New Hire Module to make it even more streamlined, efficient and user friendly. Here are a few of the updates.

Updated User-Friendly Look…

The new look takes an intuitive approach that allows users to navigate it quickly and efficiently. Everything is clearly laid out, self-explanatory and to the point, removing any guesswork.

…With Customizable Templates

Under the “New Hire” tab, you will be able to access everything you need from “templates” to “required documents”. The documents can be created, or uploaded directly onto the platform for easy access, making this fully customizable for your restaurant’s needs.

Onboarding Checklist

The “onboarding checklist” feature allows you to personalize the to-do list for new hires on an individual basis. This allows for clients to visualize the run-of-the-mill tasks for every new hire as well as very specific tasks that can vary from person to person.

This is just a sampling of what StratEx can help you accomplish. To learn more, head on over to StratEx and schedule a demo.
