Grubhub Completes Acquisition of Eat24

Finally, Grubhub has finished their acquisition of Eat24 which, together with a partnership with Yelp, allows Yelpers to order from Grubhub’s expanded restaurant network while giving Grubhub access to 83 million Yelpers.
